Deleting a Debit Record
To DELETE A DEBIT RECORD associated with this customer, choose the appropriate record to be deleted. For example, to DELETE the daughter’s DEBIT RECORD, click on the red “X” next to the yellow folder. This will remove the recurring debit – NOT the original customer.


The following prompt will appear:


Select OK.


The daughter's debit has been removed.

Repeat the process to DELETE THE DEBIT for I.M. Demo Record.


Note: This process will only delete the recurring debit record associated with the customer. To delete the customer click here.

As a result, when you Access ADMINISTRATOR/RECURRING DEBIT BY DATE, you will see:


You will receive the error "No records found" only if there are no other recurring debits within the specified date parameters.
